What We DO-Fundraising

Christmas officially begins in Hartford the 2nd Saturday of November, held at Hartford Union High School in conjunction with the Hartford Lions Club Pancake Day.  Visitors can
browse over 90 arts and crafts booths filled with holiday wares and gift items.   

Thank you to the almost 200 people who came out on September 24, 2024 for our second annual fall fashion show.  Everyone enjoyed a fun-filled evening at the Chandelier Ballroom in Hartford, Wisconsin.  Food, drinks, and fall fashion from TLC out of Cedarburg and Sheboygan were part of the evening festivities.  All proceeds were donated to Hartford Special Olympics and other community projects. 

Thank you to everyone who came out on March 9, 2024 and enjoyed a fun-filled day at Sheryl's in Richfield, bidding on yummy meat packages and fantastic gift baskets .  All proceeds were donated to Relay for Life and other community projects. 

Members took orders for these locally grown mums and a delivery pick-up took place at MJ's Market in September  Additional plants were also sold the day of pick-up.  Proceeds benefitted local community projects.

This year's "Secret Ingredient" was cherry. Many great appetizers, salads, main dishes, and desserts were made by club members for our annual event.

Karen Davis took first place with her Cherry Salad, Mandy Hostetler took second with Cherry Chicken Pasta Salad, and Kim Zills took third for Port Carnita Bites w/Cherry Salsa.  

A gift exchange was then held with items fitting the "Joy to the World" theme.
